Terms of Service
Last updated: October 4, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Alona Tool (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
2. Use of the Website
You may use the Website for lawful personal, educational and business purposes. You must be able to form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you, or use the Website with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Basic tools do not require an account.
3. Use of online tools
The tools are provided for general use. Many run in your browser, and their behaviour depends on your device, browser and the input you give them. Features may differ between browsers, and very large files may be slow or fail on devices with limited memory.
4. User responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you enter or upload and for having the right to use it.
- You are responsible for keeping your own copies and backups of anything important.
- You are responsible for checking results before relying on them.
- You are responsible for how you use or share anything you create with the tools.
5. Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- use the Website for anything unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or harmful;
- use the tools to create or distribute content that infringes others’ rights, or to produce false or deceptive documents;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the Website or its hosting;
- use automated means to scrape the Website or copy it at scale in a way that harms its operation;
- remove or misrepresent ownership notices, or pretend that the Website is affiliated with you or another party.
6. Intellectual property
The Website’s design, text, code, logo and name are owned by or licensed to its maintainer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party libraries used by the Website remain subject to their own licenses. Other names and trademarks mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners. See the Copyright & Content Policy for details.
7. User-provided content
You keep ownership of the text, files and other content you enter into the tools. For tools that process data in your browser, we do not receive that content. Where a feature involves an external service, the content or request you send goes to that service as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and that you have the necessary rights to it.
8. Generated results
Documents, files, codes, numbers and other results created with the tools are yours to use, subject to any rights of third parties in the content you supplied. Generated items such as invoices, policies, templates or tags are starting points; you are responsible for reviewing and adapting them to your situation.
9. Accuracy disclaimer
We work to keep the tools correct, but we do not guarantee that results are accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Calculators use standard formulas and simplifying assumptions. Please verify important results independently. See the Disclaimer.
10. Third-party services
The Website uses or links to third-party services, such as Google Fonts, Google AdSense (when enabled), YouTube thumbnail images and WhatsApp links. We do not control these services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Advertisements, when shown, are provided by third parties and appearing on the Website is not an endorsement of any advertiser.
11. Website availability
We aim to keep the Website available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. It may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, hosting issues or circumstances outside our control.
12. Limitation of liability
The Website and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the maintainer of Alona Tool is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Website or from reliance on its results. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, and your local consumer rights, where they exist, are not affected.
13. Changes to the service
We may add, change, limit or remove tools or features at any time, without notice, for example to improve the Website or fix problems.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. By continuing to use the Website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
